Flatten PDF Forms
Make filled-in PDF form answers permanent: each field is drawn onto its page and the fillable fields are removed. Runs in your browser; nothing is uploaded.
Protected PDFs are not supported, including ones that open without a password but restrict printing, copying or editing. Remove the protection first, then try again.
This PDF is digitally signed. Flattening rewrites the file, so the existing signature will no longer be valid. Signature fields themselves are left in place.
Only form fields are flattened. Comments, highlights, links and other annotations stay as they are. If the PDF asks viewers to redraw its fields, or a field has no stored appearance, the field is redrawn in Helvetica first; text in scripts other than Latin cannot be redrawn this way, and the PDF is then not flattened. XFA forms are not supported.
Use it before you send a completed form, so the answers look the same in every PDF viewer and cannot be edited by mistake. Keep the original if you may need to change an answer later.
